Training and Knowledge Exchange

Compound Initiatives delivers modular, scenario-based training and knowledge exchanges designed for real-world constraints. We specialize in building confident responders and capable instructors through hands-on validation, teach-backs, and adaptive curricula that fit your environment, gear, and goals. Offerings include Stop the Bleed; American Heart Association BLS & First Aid (with Coast Guard-approved options); Water Rescue; High-Angle Rescue; Low-Light/Low-Visibility Medicine; Wilderness Medicine; and Urban Austere Medicine. Every engagement is tailored through a short interview to set outcomes, realism/grit level, and duration—from focused 30-minute labs to multi-day immersive programs. Our methodology blends pre/post assessments, PACE communications planning, and practical, locally available solutions—so your people can perform when it counts.
